Hi, I’m Ramatu—the founder of EXASPERATION and a proud mum of three young daughters, including twins.

EXASPERATION began before I became a mother. At the time, motherhood was something I looked forward to and hoped would one day become part of my journey. After welcoming my daughters, my experiences as a mum gave the business a clearer purpose and helped shape it into what it is today.

Like many parents, I understand how busy and unpredictable family life can be. When I first became a mum, I spent hours searching for baby products that were practical, useful and genuinely suited to everyday family life. After welcoming my twins, I became even more passionate about helping other families find products and resources that could make their days a little easier.

Today, EXASPERATION is an Australian online store offering carefully selected newborn essentials, baby and toddler products, children’s casual and formal clothing, thoughtful gifts and practical digital resources created for parents and young children.

Before focusing on my business, I worked as a nurse, caring for people and supporting families through important moments in their lives. I now bring that same caring and thoughtful approach to EXASPERATION, with a focus on products and resources that are practical, meaningful and suited to the realities of family life.

As a small, family-run business based in Brisbane, we are committed to supporting little ones and growing families through every stage of their journey.
